Refund policy
You may be eligible for a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are not available for espresso machines, grinders, nor certain other products as specified elsewhere in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns for change-of-mind.
To request a return, please contact us at info@spechtdesign.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the organisation and cost of the safe return of the product/s to us. Items sent to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Refunds
If the returned product/s meet all conditions outlined in this policy, we will refund the value of the product/s (in AUD), minus costs of shipping, processing fees, and foreign exchange fees incurred by us at the time of sale. Please note it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If returned product/s do not meet all conditions outlined in this policy, you will be responsible for the organisation and cost of having the product/s sent back to you.
Products returned for a refund because they are not fit for purpose or are under warranty will be refunded in full (after the return is approved by us), provided they are not damaged in transit. We will organise and cover the shipping costs of these returns.
Damaged or Faulty Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us as soon as possible at info@spechtdesign.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
Exceptions and Non-returnable Items
Certain bespoke products cannot be returned (such as special (email) orders or personalized items), including but not limited to espresso machines if they have undergone change/s of any kind, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us at info@spechtdesign.com.au if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for incorrect choice of product detail/s (e.g. compatibility, voltage, color, etc.). If you are unsure if a product is right for you please email info@spechtdesign.com.au. If we decide to issue a refund relating to an incorrect choice of product detail/s, we reserve the right to determine the amount refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the color, finish, or wood grain of a product varies somewhat from what is shown in product imagery.
Being an organic product, wood appearance will naturally vary.
