Crafting Times

All Specht parts and accessories are made to order within 20 business days of the purchase date.

All Specht espresso machines are made to order within 14 weeks of the purchase date (unless otherwise stated).

Crafting time is separate to the shipping time provided at checkout. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is sent.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You, the customer, are responsible for these charges if they are applied. Clients commissioning a Specht espresso machine are assisted through the brief importing and duties payment process for these machines.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor its status.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We require a physical street address to send your order. 

Shipping Information and Importing

If any information provided by you, relating to an order, is inaccurate or incomplete, you will be solely responsible for the costs incurred in resolving any delivery issues.

The payment of import taxes for the importing of your item/s, and/or information for our shipping provider may be required of you after your order is dispatched. You will be solely responsible for the costs incurred in resolving any delivery issues as a result of a lack of, or untimely, communication and/or payment/s relating to your delivery.
